¿How do I go to the bathroom without taking off my VOE girdle?
Directly without unfastening. VOE girdles have an OPEN urogenital area (no hooks or closures). Specific models with closures are indicated in the product features.
¿How to wash VOE garments and how often?
Hand wash as a delicate garment, without fabric softener, and dry in the shade. This prolongs the garment's compression. Do not iron. Ideally, wash your clothes every 2-3 days to maintain hygiene. That's why we recommend having at least two garments: one to wear and a spare while you do the laundry.
¿Can I use creams with the girdle?
No. If applying creams, wait until they are fully absorbed and dry. Avoid oils that can degrade the garment's elasticity.

¿How do I choose the right size of the VOE garment I need?
In the main menu, under "Choose Size ," you'll find the steps to follow for accurate measurements. Each product includes a size chart, which explains which measurements to take and how. If your abdominal measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size and add the corresponding length of the support belt for that product. If you have any questions, consult your doctor.

¿How long should I wear the VOE garment?
The surgeon will indicate the exact duration based on the specific case, but it generally varies depending on the type of surgery and the patient (fat removal, metabolism, inflammatory response). As a general guideline:
LIPOSUCTION: 3-6 weeks intensive (23h/day) Remove for shower.
ABDOMINOPLASTY: 6-8 weeks total.
BREAST: 4-6 weeks.
FACIAL: 2-4 weeks.
ARMS: 3-5 weeks.

¿Can I change size during recovery?
Yes, but it must be done in a controlled manner, always following the surgeon's instructions. It's not common, but it can happen that if a lot of fat has been removed or the body subsides very quickly, the compression garment may start to become loose. In these cases, and provided the surgeon confirms it, it's recommended to wear a second, smaller garment to maintain adequate medical compression and prevent loss of results.
¿What are Phase 2 garments?
The most common approach is to maintain the same size for the first 4–6 weeks, and then, if recommended by a doctor, move to a second phase with more moderate compression garments. VOE Slim garments (stage 2) follow the contours of the body once the swelling has subsided.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship directly to Spain and France from VOE. For shipments to other countries, please contact us indicating your country and city, and we will provide you with the details of the nearest official distributor, as well as the purchase and delivery options available in your area.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
This is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped, preferably before 12 PM. Please contact us immediately to arrange this.
What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?
The agency will leave a notification, and you can pick it up at the office or request a new delivery according to their terms. If the package is returned to VOE because it wasn't collected, the shipping costs for a new delivery will apply. Remember to leave your phone number and email address so the shipping company can contact you.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from the carrier . Please check your email, and if necessary, your spam folder. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Original Equipment Returns Policy?
Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, it can be returned or exchanged if it is in its original sealed packaging and has not been used or opened. For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned. See Returns Policy
VOE garment guarantee?
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing or workmanship defects, subject to proper technical evaluation. See Warranty Policy

Can I buy without creating an account? Yes, you can place your order as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save your information, view your orders, and receive notifications of offers, such as when you buy your second item.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase? If you fill in the ID/NIE section for each order, a PDF invoice is generated that you can download from your account or from the confirmation email.
