MEDICAL COMPRESSION GARMENT WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

VOE SA, an ISO 13485 certified manufacturer in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR), guarantees that all its post-surgical compression garments are free from manufacturing and material defects, meeting their technical specifications at the time of delivery.

Duration and coverage

The commercial warranty is valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. It covers the replacement of any product with defects in material or workmanship, after due technical evaluation.

Exclusions

Due to the sanitary and functional nature of the garment, the following are excluded from the warranty:

• Loss of compression or elasticity resulting from frequent use, washing, or the passage of time.
• Normal wear and tear, improper handling, modification or alteration of the product.
• Size or placement errors by the user.
• Damage from external agents (creams, lotions, body fluids, harsh detergents).
• Opening or breaking of the security seal on the item's packaging.

Procedure and deadlines

The user must contact VOE using the warranty form, providing the receipt/invoice, images, and a description of the defect. Each request will be assessed by the quality department within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving the product. In case of technical doubt, additional chemical and mechanical tests may be performed.

If the warranty applies, the product may be replaced or refunded if it is out of stock.
If it is rejected, a written technical report explaining the reason will be provided.
