Post-Surgery User Guide for Men

How long should I wear the girdle?

Generally, 4-6 continuous weeks (24 hours/day) for the first few weeks, gradually reducing as directed by a doctor. Each procedure has specific timing requirements.

How to choose the right size?

Measure your chest, waist, and hip circumference according to our size guide. If you are between sizes, consult your surgeon.

Can I wash it?

Yes, hand wash with lukewarm water and mild soap. Dry in the shade. We recommend having two garments for rotation.

Is it normal to feel pressure?

The compression should be firm but comfortable. It should not cause pain, numbness, or difficulty breathing. Consult your doctor if you have any questions.
